1. What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order total must be $50 or more before checkout. Orders under $50 will not be processed.
2. How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept Cash and Interac E-Transfer. After placing your order via E-Transfer, please send the full amount to Goldenboyexp@pm.me.
3. I see “There are no shipping options available.” What does that mean?
This message appears when your order doesn’t meet our minimum order requirement of $50, or if your shipping address is missing or incorrect.
Important:
Your order must total at least $50 after all discounts, promo codes, and points are applied.
The $10 Interac e-transfer processing fee does not count toward the $50 minimum.
We only ship after your Interac e-transfer is received and confirmed, so please send your payment as soon as you place your order.

4. What’s the cutoff time for same-day delivery?
Our cutoff time is 1:00 AM (Central Time). If you place your order before 1:00 AM and your e-transfer is received in time, we’ll deliver it the same day (or as per our delivery schedule).
Pro Tip: E-transfers can sometimes take a while to process, especially at night. To guarantee same-day delivery, we recommend sending your payment as early as possible after placing your order.
5. Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes, but please don’t enter your PO Box in the “Street Address” field. Instead, enter your PO Box number in the second address line (Address Line 2) to avoid delivery issues.
Example:
Street Address: 123 Main Street
Address Line 2: PO Box 456
This helps ensure your package is labeled correctly and reaches you without delays.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping across Canada on all orders of $250 or more (before tax and after discounts).
This applies to mail orders only, not local delivery.
Make sure your cart total is $250 or higher after applying any promo codes or points to qualify.
